Enzoflam P 100mg/325mg Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac 100mg and Paracetamol 325mg. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts its therapeutic effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for inflammation, pain, and fever. Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic agent, acts centrally to alleviate pain and reduce fever through inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. This combination is indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other inflammatory conditions. Enzoflam P provides effective symptomatic management by combining the anti-inflammatory properties of Aceclofenac with the analgesic and antipyretic effects of Paracetamol, resulting in enhanced pain relief and improved patient comfort. It is recommended to be taken orally with or after food to minimize gastrointestinal irritation. Caution is advised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, hepatic or renal impairment, and cardiovascular disorders. Use during pregnancy and lactation should be under medical supervision. Adverse effects may include gastrointestinal discomfort, dizziness, and hypersensitivity reactions.
