Trypsin, a serine protease enzyme, facilitates the breakdown of proteins and promotes the resolution of inflammation and edema through proteolytic degradation of inflammatory exudates. Rutoside, a bioflavonoid, contributes to vascular health by strengthening capillary walls, reducing capillary permeability, and exhibiting antioxidant effects that protect endothelial cells from oxidative stress.

The synergistic action of these active ingredients makes Enzocalm-BR effective in managing conditions characterized by inflammation, edema, and microcirculatory disturbances, such as post-traumatic swelling, postoperative inflammation, and chronic venous insufficiency. It is indicated as an adjunct therapy to reduce pain, inflammation, and promote tissue repair. Enzocalm-BR should be used under medical supervision, considering contraindications such as hypersensitivity to any component and caution in patients with bleeding disorders or those on anticoagulant therapy.
