Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. RAYTEL AM 40MG Tablet may be taken with or without food. Missed one? Take it when you remember unless the next dose is near — never double up.
Side effects
Commonly reported: swelling in your ankles or feet, headache, sleepiness, dizziness, tiredness — usually settling as your body adapts. RAYTEL AM 40MG Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
It may cause dizziness, headaches, nausea or tiredness, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive.
Kidney & liver
Kidney — caution: RAYTEL AM 40MG Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed. Liver — unsafe: RAYTEL AM 40MG Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided.
