Zucator 100 Tablet contains Remogliflozin Etabonate 100 mg, an oral antihyperglycemic agent belonging to the class of sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors. It is indicated for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus, either as monotherapy or in combination with other antidiabetic agents, to improve glycemic control. Remogliflozin Etabonate acts by inhibiting SGLT2 in the proximal renal tubules, reducing glucose reabsorption and promoting urinary glucose excretion, thereby lowering blood glucose levels independently of insulin secretion.
