Zoletar Lotion

Coal Tar, a byproduct of coal distillation, possesses anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and keratoplastic properties, making it effective in reducing scaling, itching, and inflammation associated with psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, and other chronic skin conditions. The combination of these two active ingredients provides a synergistic therapeutic effect, targeting both fungal pathogens and inflammatory symptoms.

Zoletar Lotion is applied topically to the affected area once or twice daily, depending on clinical severity and physician recommendation. It is generally well tolerated; however, patients should be advised to avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes and to discontinue use if irritation or hypersensitivity reactions occur. Caution is advised in patients with known hypersensitivity to either component.
