Clobetasol, a potent corticosteroid, exerts strong anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive effects, effectively reducing erythema, edema, and itching associated with various dermatoses. Miconazole, an imidazole antifungal agent, inhibits ergosterol synthesis in fungal cell membranes, providing broad-spectrum activity against dermatophytes, yeasts, and other fungi responsible for superficial mycoses. Neomycin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, offers bactericidal action primarily against gram-negative bacteria by inhibiting protein synthesis, thereby preventing or treating secondary bacterial infections.
