Zilort 10 Tablet contains Loratadine 10 mg, a second-generation antihistamine used primarily for the relief of allergy symptoms. Loratadine selectively inhibits peripheral histamine H1-receptors, thereby reducing the effects of histamine, a chemical responsible for allergic manifestations such as sneezing, nasal congestion, runny nose, and itchy or watery eyes. Zilort 10 is indicated for the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis, perennial allergic rhinitis, and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
