Yaw Plus 10mg/30mg Tablet is a combination medication containing Tadalafil 10mg and Dapoxetine 30mg, primarily indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE) in adult males. Tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, facilitates smooth muscle relaxation and increases blood flow to the corpus cavernosum, thereby enhancing erectile function upon sexual stimulation.

Dapoxetine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), acts centrally to delay ejaculation by modulating serotonin levels in the nervous system, thus improving ejaculatory control and prolonging intravaginal ejaculation latency time. The dual-action formulation of Yaw Plus addresses both ED and PE concurrently, improving sexual performance and satisfaction. It is recommended to be taken orally approximately 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity, with or without food.
Caution is advised in patients with cardiovascular conditions, hepatic or renal impairment, and those taking nitrates or other medications that may interact adversely. Common side effects include headache, dizziness, flushing, and gastrointestinal discomfort. Yaw Plus should be used under medical supervision, with dosage adjustments based on individual response and tolerability.
