The dosage and treatment schedule should be individualized based on the patient’s clinical condition, tumor response, and tolerability. Common adverse effects associated with Oxaliplatin include peripheral neuropathy, myelosuppression, gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea and diarrhea, and hypersensitivity reactions. It is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to platinum compounds.
