XLP IV Infusion is indicated for the management of mild to moderate pain, including postoperative pain, musculoskeletal pain, and headache, as well as for the reduction of fever when oral administration is not feasible or contraindicated.

The intravenous route ensures prompt onset of action, making it suitable for patients requiring immediate symptom relief or those unable to tolerate oral medications. Dosage and administration should be carefully adjusted according to patient weight, clinical condition, and hepatic function to minimize the risk of hepatotoxicity associated with paracetamol overdose. Contraindications include hypersensitivity to paracetamol or any excipients.
