Xemetil MD 5 Tablet should be administered as per the prescribing physician’s instructions, with dosage tailored to the severity of symptoms and patient response. Caution is advised in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to phenothiazines, Parkinson’s disease, cardiovascular disorders, or hepatic impairment.
