Salicylic Acid serves as a keratolytic agent, promoting the shedding of the outer layer of the skin and facilitating the penetration of Coal Tar into affected areas. This combination provides synergistic effects, improving skin texture and reducing plaques and scales. Xaliderm Solution is applied topically to the affected areas once or twice daily, as directed by a healthcare professional.
