Levocetirizine, a third-generation non-sedating antihistamine, selectively inhibits peripheral H1 receptors, thereby reducing symptoms like sneezing, nasal congestion, itching, and rhinorrhea associated with allergic responses.

Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist, blocks the cysteinyl leukotriene receptor, contributing to decreased bronchoconstriction, inflammation, and mucus production in the airways. The synergistic action of these agents provides comprehensive relief from both upper and lower respiratory allergic manifestations. X-Mont LC is particularly beneficial in patients requiring concurrent control of nasal and bronchial allergic symptoms, such as those with allergic rhinitis accompanied by asthma.
The tablet is administered orally, typically once daily, with or without food, as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
