Womazol is indicated for the adjuvant treatment of early breast cancer, as well as for advanced or metastatic disease in postmenopausal women. It is also utilized in the treatment of breast cancer recurrence following tamoxifen therapy. The recommended dosage is typically one 1mg tablet taken orally once daily, with or without food, as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Patients should be monitored for potential side effects, which may include hot flashes, joint pain, osteoporosis, and fatigue.
Womazol is contraindicated in premenopausal women, during pregnancy, and in individuals with hypersensitivity to Anastrozole or any excipients.
