Oxyvil P Nasal Drop

This vasoconstriction reduces mucosal edema and nasal congestion, facilitating easier breathing through the nasal passages. Oxyvil P Nasal Drop provides rapid onset of action, typically within minutes, and its effects may last for up to 12 hours. It is intended for short-term use, generally not exceeding 3 to 5 consecutive days, to avoid the risk of rebound congestion or rhinitis medicamentosa.

The product is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to oxymetazoline or any component of the formulation. Caution is advised in patients with hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, hyperthyroidism, or diabetes, as systemic absorption may lead to adverse effects such as increased blood pressure or tachycardia. Oxyvil P Nasal Drop should be used as directed, and overdose or prolonged use should be avoided.

If symptoms persist beyond one week, medical consultation is recommended.
