Oxfaze Cream

Oxfaze Cream is effective against a broad spectrum of dermatophytes, yeasts, and some molds. It is applied once or twice daily to the affected area after cleansing and drying the skin, typically for a duration of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the severity and type of infection. The cream formulation facilitates good skin penetration and provides localized antifungal activity with minimal systemic absorption.

Common adverse effects are generally mild and may include local irritation, burning sensation, or erythema at the application site. Oxfaze Cream should be used with caution in patients with known hypersensitivity to oxiconazole or other imidazole derivatives. It is contraindicated in patients with open wounds or severe skin conditions where topical application is not advised. Proper adherence to treatment duration is essential to prevent recurrence and resistance.
