Ovitrelle Solution for Injection

Ovitrelle is administered subcutaneously, typically once the ovarian follicles have reached an appropriate size, to promote the release of a mature oocyte. In addition to its use in female infertility treatments, hCG in Ovitrelle is also employed in males for the stimulation of testosterone production and spermatogenesis in cases of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. Common side effects may include injection site reactions, headache, abdominal discomfort, and in rare cases, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS).
