Nosimont LC Oral Suspension is a combined antihistamine and leukotriene receptor antagonist medication. Each 5ml of the suspension contains 2.5mg of Levocetirizine and 4mg of Montelukast. Indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with seasonal allergies and chronic urticaria, as well as the prevention and symptomatic treatment of asthma. Levocetirizine, an active metabolite of cetirizine, provides rapid and effective relief of allergic symptoms such as itching, sneezing, rhinorrhea, and conjunctivitis. Montelukast, on the other hand, works by inhibiting the effects of leukotriene D4 and leukotriene E4, molecules that play a crucial role in asthma.
