The Nexmont Tablet, a combined pharmaceutical agent, contains Levocetirizine 5mg and Montelukast 10mg. This medication is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria, as well as the prevention of asthma exacerbations in patients aged 6 years and older with asthma who also have allergic rhinitis. Levocetirizine, an antihistamine, works by blocking the effects of histamine, a substance in the body that causes allergic symptoms.
Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist, works by blocking the action of leukotrienes, which are substances in the body that cause inflammation. The combined action of these two active ingredients provides comprehensive relief from allergic symptoms and asthma.

How to use Nexmont Tablet Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nexmont Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
