Neksico 40 Tablet is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Neksico 40 Tablet is recommended.

Neksico 40 Tablet should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

Neksico 40 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Neksico 40 Tablet is recommended. However, due to lack of data, exercised should be caution in patients with severe renal insufficiency.
