Nax B Gel is a topical antibacterial and keratolytic agent, formulated with a balanced combination of Benzoyl Peroxide (2.5% w/w) and Clindamycin (1% w/w). The gel is designed for the treatment of acne vulgaris, targeting both the excessive proliferation of bacteria and excess sebum production, the latter of which leads to comedogenesis. Benzoyl Peroxide serves to break down comedonal debris, while Clindamycin inhibits the growth of Propionibacterium acnes, the primary causative agent of inflammatory acne lesions. The combination therapy aims to provide effective control over acne while minimizing the development of bacterial resistance. Nax B Gel should be applied topically as directed for optimal results.
