Nasolife-PD Nasal Drops is a topical nasal medication containing Xylometazoline hydrochloride (0.05% w/v). Indicated for temporary relief of nasal congestion and swelling of the nasal mucosa, this product provides rapid onset of action. It acts as a vasoconstrictor, reducing swelling and promoting easier nasal breathing. Use should be limited to three days to minimize potential rebound congestion or rhinitis medicamentosa. Patients with hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or thyroid disease should consult a healthcare provider before use due to potential systemic absorption. This medication is contraindicated in children under 6 years old.
