Indicated for the treatment of various dermatophytosis and tinea infections, including tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis, and tinea versicolor. Ketoconazole, an imidazole antifungal, inhibits fungal cytochrome P450-dependent lanosterol 14α-demethylase, thus disrupting the fungal cell membrane and eradicating the pathogen. Mycobloc Soap should be applied topically to affected areas once daily for a minimum of two weeks. Consult a healthcare professional for appropriate use and dosage instructions.
