Montelad-LC Tablet is a combination medicine containing levocetirizine 5mg and montelukast 10mg. It is indicated for the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria, allergic rhinitis, and asthma. Levocetirizine, an H1 receptor antagonist, provides rapid and sustained relief from symptoms such as pruritus, erythema, and angioedema. Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist, inhibits the production of cysteinyl leukotrienes, which are potent bronchoconstrictors, thereby providing relief from bronchospasm, wheezing, and cough.

The tablet is designed to be taken once daily, with a recommended starting dose of one tablet.
