Monoguard-B Cream is a topical combination product containing sertaconazole 2% w/w and beclometasone 0.025% w/w, indicated for the treatment of superficial fungal infections, including ringworm (tinea corporis), athlete's foot (tinea pedis), and jock's itch (tinea cruris), as well as mild to moderate eczema and dermatitis. The cream's dual-action formula provides broad-spectrum antifungal activity against a range of dermatophyte and yeast species, while also offering a potent anti-inflammatory effect through the presence of beclometasone.

This combination therapy helps to quickly alleviate symptoms such as itching, redness, and scaling, and promotes a more rapid recovery. The cream is non-irritating and non-comedogenic, making it suitable for use on sensitive skin. Patients should apply a thin layer to affected areas two to three times daily for a maximum of 30 days. As with any medication, potential side effects include mild skin irritation, allergic reactions, and contact dermatitis.
