Monoferric 500mg/5ml Injection is a sterile solution of iron isomaltoside, a stable and bioavailable form of iron, intended for intravenous administration. This product is designed to provide a controlled and consistent release of iron, a critical nutrient essential for the production of hemoglobin and the prevention of iron deficiency anemia. Monoferric 500mg/5ml Injection is indicated for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in adult patients, including those with chronic kidney disease, and for the treatment of iron deficiency in adult patients with heart failure. The product is also indicated for the prevention of iron deficiency anemia in adult patients undergoing chronic hemodialysis. Monoferric 500mg/5ml Injection is administered intravenously and is available in a 5ml multidose vial. Each vial contains 100mg of iron isomaltoside and is intended for use under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
