Hydroquinone helps to reduce melanin production and lighten skin hyperpigmentation, while mometasone soothes and calms the skin, reducing redness and itching. Tretinoin, a derivative of vitamin A, helps to unclog pores, reduce acne and comedone formation, and improve skin texture. Momocort Cream is applied topically once or twice daily, depending on the individual's response, and is recommended for adult patients with a skin type that is normal, dry, oily, or combination.
As with any topical treatment, patients should be advised to use the product as directed and not to use it on sensitive areas or with broken skin.
