Mixovert Tablet is a combination of Cinnarizine (20mg) and Dimenhydrinate (40mg) indicated for the treatment of nausea, vomiting, and vertigo associated with motion sickness. Cinnarizine, a calcium channel blocker, exerts its therapeutic effect by stabilizing the vestibular apparatus and reducing the stimulation of the vestibular system. Dimenhydrinate, a synthetic antihistamine, acts as a potent antiemetic, inhibiting the release of histamine and other neurotransmitters responsible for emesis.
