Miliana Tablet is a combined hormonal contraceptive containing Ethinyl Estradiol (0.03mg) and Desogestrel (0.15mg). It is a once-daily oral tablet designed to prevent pregnancy and manage symptoms associated with dysmenorrhea and premenstrual syndrome. The tablet is composed of a unique blend of hormones that work synergistically to inhibit ovulation, thicken cervical mucus, and suppress the endometrium. Ethinyl Estradiol, a synthetic estrogen, is responsible for the primary mechanism of action, while Desogestrel, a progesterone-like compound, enhances the efficacy of the tablet. Miliana Tablet is indicated for the prevention of pregnancy in women of childbearing age. It is also used to treat symptoms of dysmenorrhea and premenstrual syndrome, such as menstrual cramps, bloating, and breast tenderness. The tablet should be taken orally once daily, at the same time every day, and for a continuous period of 21 days.
