Melolay Tablet MD is particularly useful for individuals experiencing circadian rhythm disturbances, such as shift work disorder or jet lag. The recommended dose is one tablet taken orally 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, preferably under medical supervision. It is generally well tolerated, with minimal side effects; however, some patients may experience dizziness, headache, or gastrointestinal discomfort.
