Melitra 10 Tablet

Melitra 10 is generally well tolerated; however, it should be used under medical supervision due to potential side effects including dry mouth, dizziness, constipation, and, rarely, cardiovascular effects. It is contraindicated in individuals with a history of hypersensitivity to tricyclic antidepressants, recent myocardial infarction, or concurrent use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).

Dosage and duration of treatment should be individualized based on clinical response and patient tolerance, with gradual dose adjustments recommended to minimize adverse effects. Patients are advised to avoid alcohol and to report any unusual symptoms such as mood changes or suicidal thoughts promptly. Melitra 10 Tablet should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
