Nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant, enhances noradrenaline and serotonin activity in the central nervous system, contributing to analgesic effects and mood stabilization. Methylcobalamin, an active form of vitamin B12, supports nerve regeneration and repair, improving nerve function and reducing neuropathy symptoms.
