Dimenhydrinate, an antihistamine with anticholinergic effects, acts centrally to suppress the vomiting reflex and reduce nausea associated with motion sickness. The synergistic action of these two active ingredients provides effective relief from symptoms including nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and imbalance caused by motion sickness or vestibular disturbances. Matspin Tablet is indicated for use in conditions such as seasickness, travel sickness, labyrinthitis, and Ménière’s disease.
