Mars SurgeX should be taken approximately 30 to 60 minutes before anticipated sexual activity, with its effects lasting up to four to six hours. It is important to note that sexual stimulation is required for the medication to be effective. The tablet is contraindicated in patients using nitrates in any form due to the risk of severe hypotension. Caution is advised in individuals with cardiovascular disease, hepatic or renal impairment, and those taking other medications that may interact with Sildenafil.
Common adverse effects include headache, flushing, dyspepsia, nasal congestion, and dizziness. Patients experiencing sudden vision loss, hearing impairment, or prolonged erection lasting more than four hours should seek immediate medical attention. Mars SurgeX Tablet should be used under medical supervision, adhering strictly to prescribed dosages to ensure safety and efficacy.
