M-Fast DSR Capsule is a delayed-release combination medication, containing 30mg of Domperidone and 20mg of Rabeprazole in a single capsule. This product is indicated for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux (SGER) in adults. Domperidone, a dopamine receptor antagonist, enhances gastric emptying and reduces symptoms of nausea and vomiting, while Rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor, inhibits gastric acid secretion and reduces inflammation. The delayed-release formulation allows for targeted release of the active ingredients in the small intestine, reducing gastric acid secretion and relieving symptoms of GERD and SGER. M-Fast DSR Capsule is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the product, and caution should be exercised in patients with known or suspected pyloric stenosis. The most common adverse reactions include diarrhea, abdominal pain, and flatulence.
