Ilaprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme system in the gastric parietal cells, effectively reducing gastric acidity and promoting mucosal healing in conditions like gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), erosive esophagitis, and peptic ulcers. The synergistic action of Domperidone and Ilaprazole in Lupila-D Capsule provides comprehensive relief from acid-related gastrointestinal symptoms and improves patient quality of life.
