The cream formulation allows for effective penetration into the stratum corneum, ensuring targeted antifungal action with minimal systemic absorption. It is applied topically once daily to the affected area and surrounding skin, typically for a duration of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the clinical response and severity of infection.
