Luliply Cream contains Luliconazole 1% w/w, a topical antifungal agent indicated for the treatment of various superficial fungal infections of the skin. Luliconazole belongs to the imidazole class of antifungals and exhibits broad-spectrum activity against dermatophytes, yeasts, and molds by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes. This disruption leads to increased membrane permeability and ultimately fungal cell death. Luliply Cream is primarily used for conditions such as tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis, and candidal infections. The formulation is intended for external use only and should be applied once daily to the affected area and surrounding skin after cleansing and drying. Treatment duration typically ranges from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the infection type and severity. Luliply Cream is generally well tolerated; however, mild local adverse reactions such as burning, itching, or erythema may occur. It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to luliconazole or any cream excipients. Caution is advised when using the product on large skin areas or in pediatric populations. As with all topical antifungals, adherence to the full course of therapy is essential to prevent recurrence and resistance.
