The cream formulation facilitates effective penetration into the stratum corneum, ensuring targeted antifungal action at the site of infection. Lulibest 1% Cream is primarily prescribed for conditions such as tinea corporis, tinea cruris, and tinea pedis caused by susceptible strains of Trichophyton, Microsporum, and Epidermophyton species. The recommended application involves a thin layer applied once daily to the affected area and surrounding skin, typically for a duration of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the clinical response.
Luliconazole is generally well tolerated; adverse effects are infrequent and may include mild local irritation, erythema, or itching at the application site. Contraindications include hypersensitivity to luliconazole or any cream excipients. Lulibest 1% Cream should be used under medical supervision, with adherence to prescribed treatment duration to prevent recurrence and resistance development.
