Clobetasol propionate, a potent corticosteroid, exerts anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive, and antiproliferative effects, providing rapid relief from erythema, itching, and swelling. Salicylic Acid acts as a keratolytic agent, facilitating the removal of scales and promoting desquamation, thereby enhancing the penetration of corticosteroids. Lactic Acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid, contributes to skin hydration and mild exfoliation, improving skin texture and barrier function.
