Lomogood is indicated for adults and children over 12 years of age, with dosage tailored to the severity of symptoms. The capsule should be administered orally, typically starting with an initial dose followed by maintenance doses after each loose stool, not exceeding the recommended daily limit. Lomogood is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Loperamide, acute dysentery, bacterial enterocolitis, and conditions involving invasive organisms or pseudomembranous colitis.
Caution is advised in patients with liver impairment or those taking other central nervous system depressants. Adverse effects are generally mild and may include constipation, dizziness, and abdominal discomfort. Lomogood Capsule should be used under medical supervision, ensuring appropriate diagnosis and monitoring for potential complications.
