Loette Tablet is a combined oral contraceptive containing Ethinyl Estradiol (0.02 mg) and Levonorgestrel (0.10 mg), indicated for the prevention of pregnancy. Ethinyl Estradiol, a synthetic estrogen, and Levonorgestrel, a synthetic progestin, work synergistically to inhibit ovulation, alter cervical mucus to prevent sperm penetration, and modify the endometrial lining to reduce the likelihood of implantation.
