Clobetasol, a potent corticosteroid, exerts strong anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive effects, effectively reducing erythema, swelling, and itching associated with dermatoses. Miconazole, an imidazole antifungal agent, inhibits ergosterol synthesis, disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity, thereby treating dermatophytic and yeast infections. Neomycin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, provides broad-spectrum antibacterial activity against gram-positive and some gram-negative organisms, preventing or treating secondary bacterial infections. The combination is particularly useful in conditions such as infected eczema, psoriasis with secondary infection, and mixed fungal-bacterial skin infections. Lobate-GM Neo Cream should be applied topically to the affected area once or twice daily as directed by a healthcare professional, avoiding prolonged use to minimize potential adverse effects such as skin atrophy, irritation, or antibiotic resistance.
