Lipirose-F 10 Tablet contains a combination of Fenofibrate (145 mg) and Rosuvastatin (10 mg), which are lipid-lowering agents used to manage dyslipidemia and reduce cardiovascular risk. Fenofibrate, a fibric acid derivative, primarily decreases triglyceride levels and increases high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) by activating peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha (PPARα), enhancing lipolysis and elimination of triglyceride-rich particles.

Rosuvastatin, a potent HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor, reduces low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) by inhibiting cholesterol synthesis in the liver, thereby promoting increased clearance of LDL particles from the bloodstream. The combination therapy is indicated for patients with mixed dyslipidemia, particularly those with elevated triglycerides and LDL-C levels who require comprehensive lipid control.
Lipirose-F 10 is also beneficial in reducing the risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease in high-risk individuals.
