This medication is indicated for short-term treatment of insomnia when sleep disturbances significantly impair daytime functioning. Lexa-H Tablet should be taken orally, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime, with caution advised in patients with hepatic or renal impairment, respiratory conditions, or a history of substance abuse.
Common adverse effects may include dizziness, headache, and gastrointestinal discomfort. Due to the potential for dependence and tolerance with prolonged use of Zolpidem, therapy duration should be limited as per physician guidance.
