Fluticasone Propionate is a potent synthetic corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory properties that effectively reduces nasal mucosal inflammation, edema, and congestion. Azelastine is a selective second-generation antihistamine that provides rapid relief by blocking histamine H1 receptors, thereby alleviating symptoms such as sneezing, nasal itching, and rhinorrhea. The dual-action mechanism of Lergiset-AF offers both immediate symptomatic relief and long-term control of nasal allergy symptoms. This nasal spray is indicated for the treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above.
