Lenziron Chewable Tablet contains 100 mg of elemental iron, formulated to prevent and treat iron deficiency anemia. Iron is an essential mineral required for the synthesis of hemoglobin, myoglobin, and various enzymes involved in oxygen transport and cellular respiration. Lenziron is indicated for patients with inadequate dietary iron intake, increased iron requirements such as pregnancy, lactation, or growth periods, and conditions associated with chronic blood loss or malabsorption.
