Lentykine 10 Capsule contains Lenvatinib 10 mg, a multi-kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of various malignancies including differentiated thyroid cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, and renal cell carcinoma. Lenvatinib exerts its antineoplastic effects by selectively inhibiting multiple receptor tyrosine kinases involved in tumor angiogenesis and proliferation, such as vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR1-3), fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR1-4), platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRα), RET, and KIT.

This inhibition results in reduced tumor vascularization and growth. Lentykine 10 Capsule is administered orally and should be taken exactly as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Dosage adjustments may be necessary based on patient tolerance, hepatic or renal function, and the presence of adverse reactions. Common side effects include hypertension, fatigue, diarrhea, decreased appetite, weight loss, and proteinuria.
Patients should be monitored regularly for blood pressure, liver function tests, and signs of cardiac dysfunction during therapy. Lenvatinib is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug or its components. Due to its teratogenic potential, effective contraception is recommended for both male and female patients during treatment and for a specified period afterward.
