Lemolate Gold Tablet is a combination medication containing Caffeine (30mg), Diphenhydramine (25mg), Paracetamol (500mg), and Phenylephrine (5mg), formulated to provide effective relief from symptoms associated with common cold, flu, and allergic conditions. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, reducing pain and fever. Diphenhydramine, an antihistamine, alleviates allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes by blocking histamine receptors. Phenylephrine serves as a decongestant, constricting nasal blood vessels to relieve nasal congestion and improve breathing. Caffeine, a central nervous system stimulant, enhances the analgesic effect of paracetamol and helps reduce fatigue and drowsiness often associated with colds and flu. Lemolate Gold is indicated for symptomatic treatment of headache, nasal congestion, fever, and allergic manifestations.
