The syrup formulation allows for easy administration in pediatric patients or those who have difficulty swallowing tablets. LCZ Syrup demonstrates a rapid onset of action, typically within one hour, and maintains efficacy for up to 24 hours, permitting once-daily dosing. It is generally well tolerated, with a low incidence of adverse effects such as drowsiness, dry mouth, and fatigue.
